  1. Overview

The Training & Direction Center of the National Hospital of Acupuncture was established under Decision No. 5227/QD-BYT dated December 30, 2009, by the Minister of Health. The Center was awarded the "Excellent Labor Collective" title by the Ministry of Health in 2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, and Certificates of Merit in 2011, 2012, 2015, 2017.

  1. Functions and Tasks
  • Advise and assist the Hospital Director in managing and organizing training activities, professional development in acupuncture, technology transfer, and other types of training for medical staff and other individuals in need.
  • Develop an overall strategy, organize the implementation, and centrally manage the execution of scientific research projects.
  • Apply scientific and technical advancements in medical examination and treatment.
  • Organize, manage, and implement scientific research activities and technology applications at the Hospital, and provide professional guidance on acupuncture to lower-level units in the assigned area according to the law.
  • Provide technical direction to lower-level units, supervise implementation, send staff on rotation, and engage in international cooperation.
  1. Human Resources The personnel of the Training & Direction Center consists of 15 staff members, including: 01 PhD, 01 Specialist Level II Doctor, 01 Specialist Level I Doctor, 04 with Master's degrees, 04 Doctors, 01 with a Bachelor's degree, 03 Medical Technicians.
