The Emergency Resuscitation Department was established under Decision No. 3757/QD-BYT dated September 4, 2001.

The department is equipped with modern, synchronous machinery and spacious patient rooms. This is one of the units participating in many scientific research projects at the State, Ministry and grassroots levels and cooperating with domestic and foreign medical facilities.

The department has received 3 certificates of merit from the Minister of Health.

The Emergency Resuscitation Department has a total of 25 staff, including 01 master, 09 doctors, 15 nurses,

Functions - missions

  • Treatment and care for critically ill patients whose vital functions are threatened. Consultation to support other departments in the hospital in diagnosing and treating critically ill patients.
  • Presiding over or participating in scientific research projects and cooperating with domestic and foreign medical facilities.
  • Participate in teaching students and interns in the hospital, foster knowledge of emergency resuscitation for hospital staff.
  • Participate in directing the line, examining and treating patients outside the hospital when requested.
  • Write scientific articles published in domestic medical journals.
