  1. Functions and Tasks
  • Develop plans and programs to ensure and improve quality within the hospital.
  • Maintain national technical standards for hospitals.
  • Develop quality indicators, a database, and measure hospital quality.
  • Organize the implementation of regulations and professional guidelines in medical examination and treatment.
  • Implement measures to ensure the safety of patients and medical staff.
  • Apply additional hospital quality management standards.
  • Evaluate hospital quality.
  • Implement and guide the regulations of Hanoi Social Security for departments/rooms to follow.
  • Report and propose solutions to Hanoi Social Security for issues encountered when implementing health insurance schemes at the hospital.
  • Inspect and supervise health insurance records.
  • Support health insurance assessment and inspections by Hanoi Social Security at the hospital.
  • Provide guidance on health insurance and social insurance for departments/rooms and patients.
  • Enter and report health insurance data.
  • Receive and resolve public inquiries and complaints.

The Quality Management Department has a total of 10 staff members, including 01 Master of Science, Specialist Level II Doctor; 01 Specialist Level I Doctor, 04 with Master's degrees; 01 nurse, 02 with Bachelor's degrees, and 01 with a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
