Nursing Department

The department received a certificate of merit from the Minister of Health. Additionally, the Nursing Department has received the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" at the grassroots level three times.

1. Overview

The Nursing Department was established under Decision No. 570/QD-BYT dated July 14, 1990, by the Minister of Health. In 2020, the Department received a certificate of merit from the Minister of Health. Additionally, the Nursing Department has received the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" at the grassroots level three times.

2. Functions and Tasks

• The hospital's Nursing Department is a professional unit under the direct leadership of the hospital Director and is responsible to the Director for organizing, managing, and supervising patient care.
• Develop nursing care work plans.
• Organize the implementation of comprehensive patient care.
• Develop regulations and professional technical procedures for patient care.
• Urge and inspect Nurses/Technicians/Medical Assistants to correctly implement regulations and professional techniques.
• Conduct scientific research and provide professional guidance.
• Coordinate with the Training Center to provide advanced training for Nurses/Technicians. Participate in organizing and guiding practical training for students and participate in skills testing for Nurses/Technicians.
• Coordinate with the Personnel Organization Department to advise the Director on the deployment of Nurses/Technicians.
• Coordinate with the Infection Control Department to inspect hygiene and infection control work in the hospital.
• Periodically review, summarize, and report on patient care work within the hospital.

3. Human Resources

The Nursing Department has a total of 12 staff members, including 01 Specialist Level I Nurse with a Master's degree, 04 with Bachelor's degrees in nursing, and 07 members in the comprehensive patient care team.
