The Personnel Organization Department was established in 1982, with the mission of implementing personnel organization work and protecting the hospital's internal political security. The Department has received the "Excellent Labor Collective" title five times, along with two certificates of merit from the Minister of Health.

  • Manage personnel, organizational structure, and policies for officials, public employees, and laborers, clarifying the rights and obligations of patients during examination and treatment at the hospital.
  • Develop working procedures and relationships between departments and rooms, submit them to the Hospital Director for approval, and organize their implementation.
  • Coordinate with mass organizations to organize emulation movements and training sessions on current affairs, politics, policies, culture, and foreign languages to improve medical ethics, sense of responsibility, and service attitude.
