The Department has been awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective by the Ministry of Health in 2014, 2015, 2017 and has been awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective by the Director of the Hospital for many consecutive years.

1. Overview

The Outpatient Treatment Department was established in 1982, after many name changes, from 2016 to now the department has taken the name: Outpatient Treatment Department.

The Department has been awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective by the Ministry of Health in 2014, 2015, 2017 and has been awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective by the Director of the Hospital for many consecutive years.

2. Human resources
The Outpatient Treatment Department has a total of 14 staff, including 05 Doctors of Specialized Grade I, 06 nurses, 01 doctor, 01 bachelor of nursing, and 01 medical technician.

Functions - missions

  • Using technical equipment of modern medicine combined with the Four Diagnosis and Eight Rules of Traditional Medicine to comprehensively examine, diagnose and treat diseases.
  • Proposing treatment methods using Acupuncture, Acupressure and Rehabilitation.
  • Excluding emergency diseases that require intervention by modern medicine such as: surgical emergencies, obstetric emergencies, internal medicine emergencies, pediatric emergencies, etc.
  • Implementing hospital infection control regulations.
  • Ensuring safety during treatment: Have full equipment to prevent shock (acupuncture), and anaphylactic shock...
  • Participating in scientific research in the field of diagnosis, treatment and guidance on patient care practices.
  • Participating regularly as assigned by the Department of Science and Technology.
  • Implementing well the Medical Ethics Regulations, regularly self-study, and update knowledge.
